Nikola Tesla (1856–1943) was a Serbian – American engineer and inventor whose greatest accomplishments were paving the way for practical widespread distribution of electricity by way of the development of alternating current, the Tesla coil (although they were really discovered by Michael Faraday and demonstrated by Callan 20 years before Tesla was born), and having a hand in the creation of radio alongside rivals Guglielmo Marconi and Reginald Fessenden. Tesla was also noted to be physically revolted by jewelry , notably pearl earrings. It was a recluse and lived all of his adult life alone. It was in many ways the opposite of Thomas Edison. It was offered the task of a complete redesign of the Edison company’s direct current generators . Tesla was obviously a greater visionary than Edison was.

Tesla was experimenting with what later became known as X-rays. He was frequently asked to leave hotels where he stayed because he couldn’t pay the bills. He was also good friends with Robert Underwood Johnson. It was rather inept at finances, but he was almost entirely unconcerned with material wealth to counter this. Tesla was after this kind of stuff.

Tesla was hidden in labs working. He made the better choice, in my opinion. He could also visualize the most complex machinery of his invention in his mind, with extreme precision. He was not willing to say who had manufactured the engine.
